HOTELS
Access to Listings of Hotels and Short or Long Term Housing.
QHM provides access to a network of hotels near participating providers. For more information regarding hotels and short/long term housing, please contact our support team. QHM staff will provide you with:
– A list of nearby lodging options
– Any available discount codes or special rates
– Support in coordinating accommodations while receiving care
We’re here to make your treatment and travel experience as smooth and affordable as possible.
PATIENT CONCIERGE SERVICES
The Experienced Patient Concierge Coordinators at QHM provide the following services:
Service Coordination
– Assistance locating medical providers
– Assistance with understanding coverage and benefits, issuance of authorizations and navigating the insurance authorization process for members
Care Coordination
– Scheduling of appointments for all care
– Communication with the member before, during, and at the time of discharge
– Assistance with the transfer of medical records and reports to the member’s in-country physician and any additional details related to the member’s care.
Travel Accommodations
– Arranging accommodations and transportation. This includes transfers to-and-from the airport, hotel, and/or medical consults for the member and their family. (Lodging costs are the sole responsibility of the member).
QHM’s experienced staff offers members access to supportive assistance throughout their medical care process and surgical procedures.

Multiplan PPO & PHCS Extended PPO » Please follow the steps below:
1. Click Select a network (please select Multiplan or PHCS)
2. On this screen please select the plan type (please select extended PPO)
3. On the next screen please enter the name and last name of the physician or hospital and under the word near the city where the provider is located.
4. Once the information is entered, the name of the provider you requested should appear on the screen. If the provider you selected does not appear on the screen, this means the provider is not part of the network.
International NETWORK PROVIDERS
Access to International Hospitals, Doctors, and Clinics.
QHM’s International PPO Network provides members with access to leading medical centers and physician specialists across more than 80 countries worldwide. For identified QHM members, services through this network often include direct billing, reducing the need for out-of-pocket payments at point of service. In many cases, members and clients may also benefit from pre-negotiated discounts, helping make high-quality international care more affordable and accessible.
