As a valued client of Quality Health Management, we want to inform you of the steps we are taking in response to the outbreak of COVID-19.
First and foremost, the safety and well-being of our people, clients, families, and the communities in which we live, and work is our number one priority. We’ve assembled a team to monitor the situation and put measures in place to help ensure safety for our people and business continuity for our clients.
Over the past several years, we have invested in technology allowing us to work remotely and provide uninterrupted service to our clients and their members. As part our continuity planning, beginning on Tuesday, March 17th, QHM offices will continue to provide services via “telecommuting” for our employees.
We will continue to be accessible via phone, video conference, or email. If you need to reschedule a meeting with us, please reach out to our team representatives.

Leveraging technology will allow us to reduce the risk of potential exposure to the virus by limiting the number of face-to-face meetings and interactions. Please consider using the following options:
- Send files electronically: Documents can be shared safely and securely using our HIPAA compliant email.
- Meet with us remotely: Please contact your representative directly or via email to request a phone or video conference meeting using simple, easy-to-use video conferencing technology allowing us to meet with you remotely and reduce your risk.
